By installing or using the StoraLens browser extension (“Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.
2. Description of Service
StoraLens is a free, open-source developer tool that enables inspection and management of browser storage APIs including localStorage, sessionStorage, cookies, and IndexedDB. The Extension operates entirely within your local browser environment.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Extension to:
- Inspect, edit, and delete storage data on websites you own or have authorization to test.
- Debug and develop web applications.
- Export and import storage snapshots for testing purposes.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Extension to:
- Access, modify, or delete storage data on websites you do not own or are not authorized to test.
- Circumvent security mechanisms, tamper with session tokens, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of StoraLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Extension — including but not limited to data loss caused by accidental deletion of storage entries.
7. Open Source License
StoraLens is open source. The source code is available under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the code in accordance with that license.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
